“I don’t quite know what to say But all I can say is that Mr W A Hutchinson is one of the Best and I don’t think that the Boys of the Vagabonds Concert Party will forget Him. Wishing him all he wishes Himself, Lionel Bennett, One of the Vagabonds.” This inscription dated the Vagabonds’ performance to early February 1919.
